Our prints are made on Epson SC P-20000 printer, enabling us to print up to 64 inches wide. We offer printing on two price levels of paper: photo and premium. We stock Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper, Canson Infinity Platine Fibre Rag, Canson Infinity Baryta Photographique II, and Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Ultra Smooth.
We calculate print prices based on the square foot and paper type. Since all print jobs are custom, please email us orders@bigalsphoto.com for an estimate.
For those printing editions, our price list includes a significant discount for duplicate prints of the same image.
We make high resolution scans on a Heidelberg s3400 drum scanner and a Hasselblad Flextight X5 scanner. We can custom scan any film size from 35mm to 8x10. All scanning orders include file inversion and global exposure and color correction. Each scan is given to the client as a flattened RGB tiff file. Unfortunately we are not able to scan prints. We only scan film.

All scans can be spotted (the removal of all dust and scratches) for $50/hr.
We now offer mounting to dibond, sintra, and foam core. Due to the permanent nature of mounting, we prefer to mount prints that we are also making. For a specific quote please contact us at orders@bigalsphoto.com.
We are extremely careful in handling all film, prints, digital files, and art, however submitting these materials to us constitutes an agreement by the client that any damage or loss by Big Al's, Soth Photography, or anyone working for or at our establishment, will entitle the client only to the replacement of a like amount of film, paper, or material used in the production of the original. Clients must pick up originals upon completion of the work or pay for return shipping of work. We are not responsible for any work or materials left in our studio for more than 30 days.

We generally do not offer retouching services, but in specific instances we are able to accomodate a retouching request. Please contct us (orders@bigalsphoto.com) for more information and please provide some details about your specific needs.

No. We are only able to scan previously processed film and make injket prints.
